Honduras Caballero is one of the most respected single origin coffees in the world of specialty coffee. Originating from the Chinacla region, this coffee is the fruit of the work of legendary farmers Moises Herrera & Marysabel Caballero — winners of numerous international awards and recognitions.
Grown at an altitude of 1550 m and processed using the Washed process, this coffee offers an exceptionally clean, balanced and sweet profile with a focus on the natural fruity elegance of the Catuai variety.
