Nicaragua Mierisch

Nicaragua Mierish is an elegant and sophisticated specialty coffee from Dabov's Exclusive Coffee series. It comes from the Matagalpa region, at 1400 m above sea level, where the Mierish family grows some of the most recognized coffee varieties in Central America. It is a coffee with exceptional purity, sweetness and floral nuances.

The Yellow Pacamara variety, processed using the Washed process, develops a complex aromatic profile with notes of honey, blood orange and violets. The light roasting highlights the natural sweetness, delicate acidity and beautiful, clean structure of the drink.
