The coffee comes from the Matagalpa region, from Byron Antonio Sanchez's farm, located at 1270 m above sea level. The Maracatura variety, combined with the Washed process and precise super-light roasting, reveals a crystal clear and complex aromatic profile.

The flavor notes are bright, elegant and memorable – honey, kiwi, chamomile and white grapes, creating a drink with an incredible balance between sweetness, acidity and floral accents.
