Ethiopia Tamiru Tadesse is an elegant and sophisticated specialty coffee produced in the high-altitude Bensa region, at 2400–2550 m. This is one of the most distinctive terroirs in Ethiopia, where the coffee develops bright acidity, sweetness and a complex aromatic structure.
Farmer Tamiru Tadesse applies a Dry Fermented Washed process that highlights the purity and fruity sweetness of the 74158 variety. The result is an extremely aromatic profile with honey, mango and sour cherry that unfolds beautifully in any filter drink.
